Primarily returned-missionary men getting back into dating, especially if asking someone out makes you nervous. Women are welcome too; the book is written to be honest about how both people experience dating.
When does it come out?
Launch is planned for fall 2026 as an ebook and a paperback on Amazon. Join the list and you'll get the launch-day email.
What's actually in it?
An introduction, 12 chapters, an afterword, and a Toolbox of 25 named tools, built on real stories (names changed). Topics include the post-mission reset, making the ask in a small ward, handling a no, dating without marriage-timeline panic, and weighing spiritual discernment alongside practical judgment.
Is this a pickup book?
No. A core rule runs through every chapter: dating is a two-player game. She's a person making her own choices, not a puzzle to solve. The tools are for being honest with each other faster, not for pressuring anyone.
Is it affiliated with the Church?
No. It's an independent, practical guide written for Latter-day Saint dating culture. It is not an official Church publication.
